I can definitely recommend Mike Shaheen for a solar system. No grief, no delays, no system issues for months now. His team got everything delivered, installed and permitted and interconnected AHEAD of promise and without a hitch despite the solar industry being busy and in turmoil from state changes. We freely admit being demanding proud homeowners and Mike worked easily with our very specific wants and demands. This is exceptional in the sometimes not-so-good SLO contracting market! Our system produces slightly more than promised, we don't have big electric bills anymore (and hardly any gas company bill) despite charging the Tesla and  heating our place toasty,  and we didn't require major re-work to our existing older main panel as some companies had stated. Like the old saying goes, I'd give this guy SIX stars if it was allowed. 

My wife and I purchased a solar system from Mike Shaheen in April, 2021. Mike explained in very clear terminology how the system would work, how many panels were needed, how the installation process would proceed and backed up his explanations with financial and operational data. My wife and I were looking for a solar system and interviewing several companies locally and even from out of town. Our system went into operation on April 2019.  Since that time, each year we get a credit from PG&E that offsets the cost of a second electric service for our water well.   We owe the excellent system design to Mike Shaheen.  As well as system design, Mike was “eyes on and hands on” with every aspect of our system including: financing, the system installers, and putting the system into operation.  Mike was both knowledgeable and professional while working with me like he was my best friend and only client.  Mike has continued to provide excellent service, when necessary, and has always been available to answer questions, any follow-up, and promptly provide corrective measures when an issue did occur.
